2007 House Bill 5505: Revise dealer license demo regulations

To revise the law allowing a vehicle owned by an auto dealer and bearing the dealer's plate to be driven for up to 72 hours for demonstration purposes by a prospective buyer or lessee, so as to allow the potential customer to perform commercial transactions with the vehicle.   Official Text and Analysis.
