2006 Senate Bill 1329: Establish state 401k program for small business
Introduced by Sen. Samuel B. Thomas, III D- on June 22, 2006
To create a state program to contract with investment managers to provide and administer 401k retirement plans for small employers who are unable to find a suitable vendor to provide a similar service for their employees.
