2006 House Bill 6368: Revise rail crossing accident duties

To create an exception to a law that requires that a study be done of a particular rail crossing's safety in the event of a fatal car-train crash, if the particular crash resulted from drunk driving, a motorist's disregard of the crossing signal, or suicide.   Official Text and Analysis.
