2006 House Bill 5890: Allow school board member to be unpaid extracurricular volunteer

To allow a school board member of a district with a population less than 15,000 to be an unpaid volunteer coach or extracurricular activity supervisor in school district. Current law prohibits a member of a governmental body (including a school board) from also being a paid employee.
