2006 House Bill 5557: Require lifetime GPS tracking of child molesters

To require mandatory lifetime electronic monitoring of persons convicted of serious sex crimes against children. The monitoring would use a satellite GPS type system to track the offender’s location at all times for the rest of his life.   Official Text and Analysis.
