2005 Senate Bill 686: Create critical infrastructure trespass crime

Public Act 305 of 2005

To establish a new crime of trespass upon a critical infrastructure, defined as power plants, waterworks, chemical plants, refineries, transportation facilities, fuel storage sites, etc. Violation would be a felony punishable by up to four years in prison.   Official Text and Analysis.
