Revise MRI training standards

To revise the training and education standards for radiation machines used for health care diagnostic and treatment purposes. The bill would also authorize the Department of Environmental Quality to make future changes to state magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) regulations without prior legislative approval, as necessary to comply with corresponding federal standards.
