2003 House Bill 4626

To require election clerks in local or school elections to notify voters by mail at least two weeks in advance if there is only one proposal or office on the ballot. The bill also adds optical scanning machines to the law authorizing the use of “voting machines” by absentee voters.   Official Text and Analysis.
