To use this bill as a "vehicle" to appropriate $28.7 million from the state's Natural Resources Trust Fund for state and local land acquisitions and recreation development projects. When local matching funds are included this will result in $$11.5 million million in new recreation development and $17.2 million in land acquisitions, not counting additional money from local matching funds.
