To require a registry the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is required to maintain of individuals with a medically documented sensitivity who want to be notified when commercial pesticide applications will take next door or nearby be limited to applications on "adjacent property," or to properties "within a physician-recommended distance," but not more than 100 feet.
