2018 Senate Bill 875

Senate Roll Call 152: Passed

To create exceptions to limitations on filing a claim against the state for sexual misconduct committed against a minor, including time limits for filing such a claim. Under the bill there would be no time limit, and claims could be brought in a manner that protected the victim's identity. The provisions for minors would be retroactive to 1997.
