2015 House Bill 4400

Senate Roll Call 234: Passed

To increase the license fees imposed on livestock dealers, truckers, brokers and agents as a condition of earning a living in this profession, and to revise various details in the licensure-related regulations. Technically, this and related bills extend the sunset on previously enacted “temporary” fee increases. The fee increases were proposed by Gov. Rick Snyder as part of his annual budget recommendation.
