2012 Senate Bill 1259

House Roll Call 556: Passed

To increase license fees imposed on various of businesses and occupations on which licensure mandates are imposed as a condition of earning a living. Technically, the bill repeals the sunset of previously enacted “temporary” fee increases. This is one of a large number of such fee increase bills passed because the 2013 budget passed in June, 2012 has already appropriated the extra money.
