2012 Senate Bill 1144

Restrict no fault auto insurance gamesmanship

Introduced in the Senate

May 24, 2012

Introduced by Sen. Roger Kahn (R-32)

To prohibit an auto insurer from issuing an auto insurance policy for a term less than one month.
