Elect state board of education members by congressional district

To place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment that would change the state board of education’s membership from the current eight elected members, to a board comprised of one member for each of the state’s 13 congressional districts. Candidates for eight-year terms would be selected by political parties at their nominating conventions starting in 2024.
