To tie-bar the bill to House Bills 4869, 4870 and 4871, meaning this bill cannot become law unless those ones do also. Those bills extend the current requirement that the "instant" federal background check required for all gun purchases from federally licensed firearms dealers to other gun purchases, and to an individual bringing a gun into the state.
