To repeal a ban on locating a marijuana license within 1,000 feet of a K-12 school in the law authorizing a marijuana production, sales, tax and licensure regime in Michigan, if the local school board and the local municipality both agree. Note: passage of an amendment to a voter-initiated law like the one that legalized marijuana requires a ¾ majority in both the House and Senate.
