To require a state “Tax Tribunal” that adjudicates property tax disputes to, upon request, protect a taxpayer’s confidential trade secret or other personal, research, development, or commercial information, including issuing a protective order to this effect. The bill would exempt such protected information in this entity’s files from release under the state Freedom Of Information Act.
