Expand certain Medicaid benefits

To make pregnant women whose income is between 133% and 185% of the federal poverty guidelines and are collecting Medicaid benefits while pregnant to keep getting benefits for pregnancy-related or postpartum services for 12 months after the pregnancy ends.
