Authorize employee "adverse action" lawsuits for epidemic absence sanctions

To authorize employee lawsuits against an employer who takes an “adverse employment action” or “retaliates” against an employee who is absent from work during the declared coronavirus epidemic emergency for reasons specified in the bill. A <a href=" https://www.michiganvotes.org/2020-HB-6032">very similar bill</a> was enacted into law in 2020 with the same $5,000 damages cap.
