Expand tax break for certain business owners’ “data centers”

To broaden a sales and use tax break for “data centers” that was originally proposed for the new owners of the former Steelcase “Pyramid” building in Grand Rapids, but as enacted applies to other “internet data centers.” The bill would extend eligibility to the other projects of a particular developer indirectly referenced in the bill.
