Mandate police training in "grappling"

To mandate that licensed law enforcement officers in Michigan receive “not less than 4 hours of grappling training each year;” and also require they attain the rank of “blue belt or higher in Brazilian jiu-jitsu” or a certificate of equivalent training by the start of 2025.
