To require the state elections bureau to review initiative petition signatures, and the board of state canvassers to complete the canvass of the initiative petition, within 90 days after the initiative petition is filed with the Secretary of State. For an initiative filed 45 days or less before a November election, the bureau and board must complete their work within 120 days after the initiative petition is filed with the Secretary of State.
