Coronavirus epidemic response bills – property tax foreclosures

To allow a local government during a declared state emergency and disaster to extend the deadline for redeeming property foreclosed due to owing delinquent property tax until May 29, or until 30 days after the end of the coronavirus epidemic emergency. The bill would also permit judges to amend existing court foreclosure orders consistent with the 30 day extension.
