Revise live birth abortion rules

To revise the law that requires a physician attending an abortion that results in a live birth to provide medical care to the newborn, by adding that the doctor must exercise the “same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life of the newborn…(as) to any other newborn,” subject to two years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
