To establish that the unlimited personal injury protection coverage (PIP) available as an option on auto insurance policies applies automatically to the children of a policyholder, regardless of the coverage level selected for the policyholder. This would amend the <a href="https://www.michiganvotes.org/2019-HB-4397">2019 law</a> that reformed Michigan’s no-fault auto insurance law.
