Consider “mass timber products and design” in state construction projects

To require officials to consider using “mass timber products and design” in state construction projects, defined as “framing and construction styles typically characterized by use of large solid wood panels for wall, floor, or roof construction” and may include “innovative forms of sculptural building and non-building structures formed from solid wood panel or framing systems of 6 feet or more in width or depth”.
