Mandate interpreter in “Amber alert”

To revise a 2016 law that authorized a statewide “Amber alert” type system for notifying the public of missing person alerts and of potential public threats, by requiring that a “qualified interpreter…is included in any televised broadcast of a developing or ongoing public threat”.
