2018 House Bill 6582: Mandate open records requests disclose identity of requestor

To amend the Freedom of Information Act so it requires a person seeking government records to submit their complete name, address, and contact information. Corporation or governmental entities considered to be a “legal person” would have to include the name, address, and contact information of the entity’s agent.   Official Text and Analysis.
