To repeal references to “interim bonds” in a law that prescribes policies used by police in domestic violence complaints. See House Bill 6461, which would eliminate “interim bonds” in certain circumstances and instead simply require that the defendant be released on his or her own recognizance. This is part of a bail reform package comprised of House Bills 6455 to 6463.
