To revise a requirement for a doctor to obtain and review a patient's Michigan Automated Prescription System (MAPS) report before prescribing a schedule 2 through 5 controlled substance to the patient in a health facility or agency. Specifically, this would not apply if the prescriber already obtained and reviewed the report when the patient was admitted.
