Require welfare officials track Medicaid and food stamp eligibility

To require state welfare officials to regularly review the eligibility status of individuals collecting food stamps and Medicaid benefits, and collect information on factors such as income, employment, immigration and residency status, incarceration status, financial resources and more. State agencies could contract this process to a private vendor. Also, to require agencies to explore joining a multistate cooperative for this purpose, including a National Accuracy Clearinghouse.
