To revise the definition of police officer or retired police officer in the provision of the concealed pistol license law that excludes these individuals from the ban on licensees carrying a pistol in certain “gun free zones.” These locations include schools, day care facilities, sports stadiums or arenas, bars, bar/restaurants, places of worship, college dorms and classrooms, hospitals, casinos, large entertainment facilities and courts.
