Require faith-based adoption agencies participate in placements with homosexuals

To essentially repeal the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2015-HB-4189">2015 law </a> that prohibits requiring adoption and foster care agencies to participate in child placements that violate their moral convictions (which essentially means faith-based agencies and placements with homosexuals).
