Give some public safety personnel income tax exemption

To exempt full time police, firefighters and EMTs from income tax on up to $33,530 of income on a single return and $45,295 on a joint return. A state law passed in 1999 prohibited cities from mandating that public safety workers live in the jurisdiction that employs them.
