To repeal a law empowering courts to specify that a prison sentence should include solitary confinement or hard labor, and another law authoring criminal penalties for rebuilding a selling an electric storage battery without disclosing this on the packaging in letters of a specified size. Also, to repeal a statute prohibiting a prisoner's release until any fines and costs imposed as part of the sentence are paid in full.
