Restrict imposing mediation in domestic relations disputes

To prohibit a court from ordering the parties in a domestic relations dispute to enter mediation against their will unless certain factors are present, including a personal protection order restraining one of the parties, a court “no contact” order, child abuse or neglect by one of the parties, health and safety concerns, or some other “good cause” for the mandatory mediation.
