To revise details of a state statute recognizing marriages “solemnized” in another state, so it would conform with the proposal in Senate Joint Resolution W to repeal the 2008 state constitutional amendment establishing that “the union of one man and one woman in marriage shall be the only agreement recognized as a marriage or similar union for any purpose”.
