To impose a new coverage mandate that would require a Blue Cross Blue Shield that covers any kind of prosthesis to also include coverage for a scalp hair prosthesis (wig) for a person who loses their hair as a result of a medical condition or as a result of treatment for a medical condition, without requiring any dollar limit, deductible or co-pay for these that does not apply to other treatments.
