Revise drivers license health detail

To establish that a person who at least six months earlier had a “ventricular assist device” implanted (a heart disease treatment) is not considered to be ineligible for a drivers license due to “a disability or disease preventing reasonable and ordinary control,” if the person has a note from their doctor to this effect.
