Close workers comp illegal alien loophole

To revise a provision of the workers’ compensation law that makes an incapacitated worker ineligible for benefits while he or she is serving time for committing a crime. Under the bill, an employer could not get out of the being liable for the benefit payments because the person was convicted of being an alien working without employment authorization or using false documents to get work.
