Recombine DEQ and DNR

To transfer certain powers and duties of the Department of Environmental Quality to the Department of Natural Resources or other agencies as part of a consolidation of these functions in a combined department called the Department of Natural Resources. This is part of a legislative packages comprised of House Bills 5335 to 5334, 5365 to 5367, and Senate Bills 908 to 919. This bill transfers to the DNR the DEQ’s powers under the law regulating liquified petroleum carbonic gas storage.
