To revise the vehicle licensure law and regulations to refer specifically to "recreational vehicles" and "park model trailers," which are used as recreational seasonal or temporary living quarters and may be connected to utilities necessary for the operation of installed fixtures and appliances, but are considered "mobile homes" subject to regulations for those.
