Require notice to child support payee of payer’s winning lawsuit award

To require that if a person who owes child support payments wins a lawsuit settlement, judgment, etc., the payer, the payer’s attorney, and the person who has to pay the judgment all have a duty to notify the recipient of the child support payments.
