To create a segregated state fund that would be used to provide subsidies to alternative fuel producers and retailers, and to promote the sale of alternative fuel vehicles. Eligible fuels would include biodiesel, E-85 ethanol, hydrogen and others. Money from the sale of specialty license plates proposed by House Bill 5751.
