To repeal provisions in a law regulating solid waste disposal sites that requires regulators to specify in writing reasons for denying a license for a site, and that also empowers regulators to issue emergency cease-and-desist orders, revoke and suspend permits, and more. This is one of a number of bills that would revise various laws to incorporate lessons learned from the 2020 coronavirus epidemic.
