The Senate version of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-2011 Department of Natural Resources and Environment budget. This would appropriate $712.0 million in gross spending, compared to $678 million, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009. Of this, $41.3 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues). Another $391.6 million comes from other state sources including fees, fines, royalties, some gas tax revenue, etc. $260.1 million will come from the federal government.
