2009 House Bill 4793

House Roll Call 286: Passed

To revise the law that mandates licensure to work as an architect so that an applicant must provide documentation of eight years of professional experience, including up to six years of education. Current law has the same provision, but applies it as a condition to take the architect licensure test. The bill would let potential architects as soon as they get out of school.
