They are the Autodie International facility in Grand Rapids (a tool and die facility recently purchased by MBTech, a subsidiary of Daimler-Chrysler); the Eaton Corporation facility in Jackson; and a 100 acre parcel in Midland that will be used by Dow Corning, presumaby for a "Hemlock Semiconductor" plant.
