House Roll Call 487: Passed

To give judges more flexibility is setting the terms of an accused person's bail in criminal cases. The bill would allow judges to require lower bail bond amounts, or a combination of a deposit of the defendent's own money and a bail bond posted by a third party (bail bondman).
